General Information
In the case of initial contact, we are obliged to provide you with the following mandatory data protection information in accordance with Art. 12, 13 DSGVO:
In case of an email contact, we process your personal data only if
- there is a legitimate interest in processing (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO)
- you have agreed to the data processing (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO)
- the processing is necessary for the initiation, establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship between you and us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO) or
- another legal norm authorises the processing
- in the application process according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO in conjunction with §26 BDSG
Your personal data will remain with us until you actively request us to delete it, revoke your approval (Art. 6 para. 1 DSGVO) or the purpose of the data storage (e.g. after the processing of your request has been completed) is no longer applicable. If legal provisions (e.g. commercial or tax law retention obligations) require longer storage, the data will be stored in accordance with these provisions.
Your Rights
You have the right to obtain information about the origin, purpose and recipient of your stored personal data at any time. There are no fees or costs for this on your part.
The following rights arise for you from Art. 15- 21 DSGVO:
- Right to information
- Right to request information
- Right of objection
- Right to rectification, erasure and restriction
- Right to data portability
In addition, Article 77 of the GDPR gives you the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority if the processing of your personal data has been carried out unlawfully. You can also request a restriction of the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances.
